Kremlin refuses to comment new US sanctions bill

MOSCOW, Feb 21 (PRIME) -- Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov did not comment on statements that the U.S. was preparing a new list of sanctions, including prohibition on transactions of large banks.

"No, as far as the decisions were not made, and the documents were not published, it's extremely hard to comment on that," the official said.

"Washington is constantly preparing new sanctions against Russia, not only today, not only yesterday – we know this. But the thing that changes day to day is the substantive matter of the sanctions."
